Established in 1992, Hickory Hill Vineyard serves SML visitors and locals with a great passion. No wonder it has made its name to be the oldest winery in Smith Mountain Lake. Hit their 1923 Farmhouse, where you can taste their famous wines. You will fall in love with the blends here—just swirl, sniff, and taste.

Location: 3061 Hendricks Store Rd, Moneta
Ramulose Rose Vineyards, known for its estate-crafted wine, has a beautiful setting, a wide range of wines, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. For dog lovers, dogs are welcome as long as they are well-behaved and leashed.
Make sure to try their cheese trays and cookies during your visit—they’re delicious! Also, try their handcrafted pizzas and ice cream commonly served in Spring. Owners Jim and Sandi work hard to give the best to the guests!
